You will work directly with Dr. Reginald Casilang, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, a dual board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, for your evaluation and ongoing care.

Privacy on a small island

On an island this size, the waiting room is a real consideration. Patients regularly describe putting off care because the clinic parking lot is visible from the highway, or because the front desk is staffed by someone they know from school, church, or work.

Video visits remove that exposure entirely. You are seen from your own home, and nothing about your care requires being observed entering a building.

Do I have to fly to Oʻahu for a psychiatric evaluation?

No. The full evaluation and all follow-up care are provided by secure video from wherever you are on Kauaʻi. No inter-island travel is required.
