Appointments are typically available within 2 days, with openings most weeks Tuesday through Saturday morning.

HMSA and behavioral health

HMSA is one of the most widely held insurers in Hawaiʻi, and many HMSA plans include behavioral-health benefits that can cover outpatient psychiatry and telehealth. The MindCounsel works with HMSA, including HMSA PPO and HMSA QUEST Integration (HMSA’s Med-QUEST / Hawaii Medicaid line of business).
