Telehealth across Hawaiʻi. In-person in Honolulu when you prefer it.

Most patients in Hawaiʻi choose telehealth for the convenience and the time it saves — no commute, no parking, and no need to travel between islands for routine care. For patients who would rather meet face-to-face, in-person visits are available by request at our Honolulu office. Telehealth and in-person visits can be used interchangeably as your needs change.

Telehealth Statewide

One Provider, Every Visit

You will see the same psychiatric provider — Dr. Reginald Casilang — at every appointment. Care continuity is part of the design of this practice.

Para sa mga Pasyenteng Pilipino sa Hawaiʻi

Dr. Casilang is a Filipino-American psychiatric provider who can speak with patients in Tagalog when English doesn't quite carry the meaning. For many Filipino patients in Hawaiʻi, this changes how clearly mental health concerns can be discussed and understood.

Your first visit

The initial evaluation is 60 minutes. We review your psychiatric and medical history, prior treatments, current concerns, and your goals. At the end of the visit, you will have a clear picture of the findings and recommended next steps — and the rationale for each.

No prescription is written during the initial visit without a thorough evaluation first. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively, based on a full understanding of your history.

Verify Coverage First

Your HMSA, AlohaCare, or self-pay eligibility is confirmed in writing before your first visit.
